Shipping Policy

At Alpha Peptides UK, we aim to provide high quality research products and a reliable service. Our Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms detailed below.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically dispatched the day following payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods

We currently only offer UK delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Working days)

We ship using Royal Mail 24. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays in the Royal Mail network.

Proof of Delivery

GPS tracking data and proof of a delivery are provided by Royal Mail when a parcel is marked as delivered. If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, including confirmation via GPS coordinates or delivery scan, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement.

If you believe a delivery has been mis-scanned or incorrectly marked as delivered, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation so we can raise the issue with Royal Mail. We will support the investigation process and keep you informed of the outcome.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers must ensure their details are correct before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your parcel is delivered elsewhere, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. If you realise you have made a mistake, please email us immediately before your order is dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

A £10.50 re-delivery fee (to cover postal and handling costs) will apply to resend the parcel.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you order arrives damaged, please notify us with 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage (including the packaging). We are unable of offer a refund or replacement for damaged items reported after this period. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail on the customers behalf, and if the claim is agreed and confirmed by Royal Mail, we will issue a refund or replacement.

CLAIMS FOR LOST OR MISDELIVERED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, you must contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can raise a claim on your behalf.

Each claim requires time to investigate. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until Royal Mail has completed their investigations and confirmed the outcome.

  • If Royal Mail accepts the claim, we will either resend your order or issue a refund, as appropriate.

  • If the claim is denied (for example, where GPS data and proof of delivery confirm delivery to the correct address), we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

Confirmed deliveries to a nominated safe place, or a safe place selected in accordance with Royal Mail's delivery options, delivery will be considered complete. We do not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damaged once delivery has been confirmed to a safe place.
