Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct items are ordered.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for incorrectly ordered products once your order has been dispatched.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (including the packaging), and a detailed description. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we will always aim to come to a positive resolution.
Returns or Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The product is incorrect upon delivery (due to a packing error):

The product remains unused, unopened, in original packaging and stored correctly.

If a return is required for a product that is incorrect upon delivery (due to a packing error), we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
